Analisis Penerapan Text Mining dan TF-IDF dalam Mengetahui Sentimen Masyarakat Terhadap Kinerja POLRI

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is the process of analyzing a public opinion on an existing problem, where the contents of the opinion can contain positive or negative sentiments. This study uses data from a social media platform, namely Twitter. Public opinion contained in the tweet is used as material for analyzing public sentiment on the performance of the National Police. To classify public sentiment as positive or negative, the authors use text mining and TF-IDF algorithms.
